Reykjavík International Games (RIG) will be held by the Sport Union of Reykjavík City for the 11th time over a period of two weekends in 2018. The event welcomes sports participants to a multi-sport competition in Laugardalur, the Valley of Sport. The games will be held over two weekends from January 25th to February 4th.
The figure skating competition will take place on January 26th – 28th.
Athletes will compete at a high level in 22 different sports in world class facilities. Closing ceremonies among other events will keep the athletes entertained and they will also have the opportunity to visit Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland with all it's sights and sounds. If lucky you might also see the Northern Lights.
